Job Description: This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineering Intern role based in Beverly, MA. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a manufacturing/engineering environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has experience using SolidWorks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering
- In good academic standing
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Use SolidWorks to create and revise assemblies, parts, and drawings
- Assist in the design, creation, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of machinery
- Support basic maintenance and repair activities as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on various projects
- Participate in testing, inspections, and documentation updates
