Confined space entry and rescue certification in date

Duties
- Collect and analyze environmental data related to water quality, air emissions, soil conditions, and waste management using advanced tools such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and AutoCAD.
- Conduct site inspections, environmental sampling, and laboratory testing to monitor compliance with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, research documentation, and compliance documentation with clear, concise language for internal use and regulatory agencies.
- Utilize ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping of environmental data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in water treatment operations, wastewater management, and waste disposal procedures ensuring adherence to environmental laws and safety protocols.
- Support research initiatives by gathering data, performing analysis, and documenting findings related to public health impacts or environmental risks.
- Maintain accurate records of data collection activities, laboratory results, safety inspections, and project progress to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
Experience
- Prior experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD for mapping and spatial analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets related to environmental parameters.
- Laboratory experience in sample collection, testing procedures, or chemical analysis is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, EPA regulations, environmental law, water treatment processes, wastewater treatment systems, and waste management practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to environmental equipment operation or maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols in oil & gas or industrial settings enhances your suitability for this role.
- Excellent research capabilities combined with technical writing skills to produce comprehensive reports that meet regulatory requirements.
