Growing Company in need to of Assembler/Calibrator. Want the chance to work on real aerospace products used on rockets, space suits, satellites, space shuttles and ground support? Our products are used all over the globe from aerospace to sub-sea, medical, industrial, automotive, military and oil/gas industries.
- Job Description:
- Assembly of PCBDs. Some assembly may be under a microscope
- Calibration of pressure and temperature transducers, load cells and vibration sensors using state of the art calibration system.
- Acceptance testing of assembled product and recording results
- Responsibilities:
- Perform tests on finished products before packaging using pressure equipment, DMM, power supplies
- Analyze data
- Complete records and daily production logs
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Complete other tasks as necessary
- Job Requirements:
- High School diploma. Associated Degree or higher preferred
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical & Electrical aptitude and the ability to follow directions
- Manual dexterity
- Equipment Knowledge:
- 10X to 30X microscope
- Micrometers and calipers – both digital and analog
- Electrical measuring equipment (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies).
- Pressure equipment including nitrogen tanks and hydraulic pressure amplifiers
- Office Equipment: personal computer, copier/printer, and telephone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
