Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and match them with the right products from top-rated carriers.
- Build and maintain your own book of business — with ownership rights over renewals and clients.
- Partner with the agency owner to grow and manage the Stafford office.
- Network and develop relationships within the community, building trust through service.
