BrightCare Financial is expanding its energetic Nashville office and is now onboarding motivated professionals who want to build a meaningful, high-income career helping individuals and families protect their health, income, and financial future.

Our advisors provide personalized guidance in Medicare, life insurance, long-term care and retirement income protection. You’ll join a collaborative team that values integrity, professional development and making complicated financial decisions easier for the people we serve.

Responsibilities

• • Meet with individuals and families throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
  • Learn about each client’s healthcare, insurance and retirement concerns.
  • Explain available solutions clearly and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Help clients’ complete applications and navigate the enrollment process.
  • Develop new relationships through company-supported opportunities, referrals, community involvement, and professional networking.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients and provide ongoing service.
  • Participate in training, coaching and team meetings in our Nashville office.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all company and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a client base and a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet clients in person.
• The ability to obtain a Tennessee health and life insurance license. We will explain the licensing process to qualified candidates.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Comfort meeting new people, developing relationships, and asking for business.
• Personal accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
• The motivation and financial readiness to begin a commission-based career.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to an energetic, team-centered office.

No insurance experience is necessary. Successful candidates may come from sales, hospitality, education, healthcare, customer service, real estate, recruiting, athletics or other people-focused backgrounds.

Salary : $41,500 - $101,000
