Responsibilities

• What You Will Be Doing

  You will meet with individuals and families to help them understand their insurance and retirement options and select solutions that fit their needs.

  You will also:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients in the Charlotte community
  • Receive personalized mentorship and ongoing professional development
  • Learn proven sales, referral, and business-building systems
  • Build a book of business with renewal income
  • Create a career with the potential for leadership and long-term ownership
  • Work alongside one of the most consistently successful teams in the American Senior Benefits organization

Qualifications

  • Licensed in life and health insurance—or willing to obtain the required licenses

  Previous insurance experience is welcome but not required. Successful agents come from many backgrounds, including sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, management, financial services, and other relationship-focused careers.

Compensation

Salary : $41,500 - $101,000
