Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, American Semi Rebuilders is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and diesel trucks
- Perform engine, drivetrain, suspension, brake, and steering repairs
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and air systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and inspections
- Perform welding and fabrication when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of heavy equipment and/or diesel truck repair experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Own basic hand tools
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Hydraulic repair experience
- Electrical diagnostics
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus
- CDL (not required)
