Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security and Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair security systems, fire alarms, and related equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and testing
- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions efficiently.
- Program alarm panels and monitoring systems as required.
- Provide user training to clients on system operation and functionality.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a security and fire alarm technician or related role.
- Knowledge of fire and security systems, including wiring, electronics, and programming.
- Familiarity with local building codes and fire safety regulations.
- Industry certifications and manufacture training or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to [40 lbs], work at heights, and in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
