Gate Attendant / Truck Check-In Clerk — Entry LevelPay: $16–$18 per hourCompany: American Security Associates, Inc.
We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with visitor and truck check-in at a client facility. This entry-level position focuses on maintaining accurate records, greeting drivers and visitors, and following facility entry procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Check visitors and truck drivers in and out.
- Accurately record names, companies, arrival and departure times, and truck information.
- Verify identification and required paperwork according to site procedures.
- Direct drivers and visitors to the appropriate locations.
- Communicate with facility staff regarding arrivals and deliveries.
- Follow access control procedures and report concerns to a supervisor.
- Keep the gatehouse and records organized.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate logs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable interacting with drivers, visitors, and employees.
Prior gatehouse, clerical, customer service, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
