Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Representative to drive revenue, manage client relationships, and lead the sales process from initial contact through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and meet prospective customers (on-site and remote)
- Prepare and present project estimates and proposals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (construction or painting preferred)
- Strong estimating and pricing presentation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales results
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Compensation
- Base salary commission
- Performance-based earning potential
