- Erect scaffolding for buildings and ship structures.
- Install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.
- Erect, move, dismantle frame scaffolding, mobile tower scaffolding, tube clamp scaffolding and system scaffolding
- All duties of Level C and B
- Performs other duties as assigned
