Major Job Accountabilities
- Ensures superior customer experiences for commercial clients:
- Receives inquires, performs research, resolves issues, and responds to clients, Commercial Banking Officers, and other branch or department personnel.
- Participates in new and existing customer calls to ensure accurate set-up.
- Establishes and maintains close working relationships with business units, back-office operations, and payment processing areas to promote continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Monitors customer feedback and service.
- Participates in customer account planning and review.
- Keeps current with all commercial banking products and services to enable informed client advice and identifies cross sale opportunities.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of Banking or customer service responsibilities with demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of commercial clients.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, teammates, and consultants.
- Able to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to ensure critical deadlines are met within established standards with thorough, accurate and quality work products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work independently, effectively, and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Resourceful with excellent analytical skills required for researching problems, interpreting, and applying established policies and procedures to effectively resolve client questions or issues in regard to all commercial products and services.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
