Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service and Installation Technician located in San Angelo, TX. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing installations and cabling, and ensuring effective customer service. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Daily tasks may include installing equipment, diagnosing technical problems, and collaborating with teams to meet service standards.
