## **About the Role**
The HVAC Journeyman installs, services, repairs, and replaces
residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional
customer service. This position diagnoses system issues, recommends
solutions, and completes work safely, efficiently, and in compliance
with company standards and applicable codes. The HVAC Journeyman also
mentors apprentices and supports the continued growth of the HVAC
department.
## **What You\'ll Do**
## **Performance Expectations (KPIs)**
Consistently achieve performance goals related to first-time fix rate,
revenue per service call, average ticket value, callback rate, customer
satisfaction, maintenance agreement conversions, documentation accuracy,
safety compliance, on-time arrival, and overall productivity and
efficiency.
## **Physical & Work Environment**
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs. while working indoors
and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Regularly climb ladders,
work in attics and crawlspaces, kneel, bend, stand for extended periods,
and safely work around electrical equipment, refrigerants, and moving
mechanical parts in accordance with all company safety procedures.

## **What You\'ll Do**
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend repair or replacement
- Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Explain findings, recommendations, and pricing to customers
- Complete work in compliance with manufacturer specifications,
- Maintain accurate work orders, estimates, invoices, and service
- Follow all company safety policies and EPA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and entry-level
- Collaborate with plumbing, electrical, and customer service teams to
