American Rooter & Drain is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand and demand generation efforts. You'll manage top-tier marketing vendors, in-house social media team, and play a critical role in converting leads through close collaboration with our Customer Service and Sales teams.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage relationships with digital vendors (Google PPC, Bing Ads, social media agencies, etc.)
- Plan, direct, and monitor multi-platform campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI
- Coordinate editing and production with external media professionals
- Partner with CSR and Sales Managers to train staff on customer communication and lead closing strategies
- Analyze marketing data and team performance to refine campaigns and messaging
- Oversee and manage internal marketing team directions and workflow: serve as backup for design and social media management
- Manage the marketing budget and provide weekly reporting to leadership
- 3 years in a marketing management role, preferably with vendor oversight
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business, Bing)
- Strong visual content skills - you know how to shoot (and frame!) video/photo content
- Confident in coaching frontline staff on customer service and sales best practices
- Highly organized, proactive, and analytical
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to implement AI initiatives while maintaining our authentic brand voice, local roots, and human connection
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Experience with CRM and campaign tracking tools
- Previous work in home services or trades-based businesses
