Join American Rolloffs, a family and locally owned business that’s growing and expanding to a 7th and 8th truck. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Roll-Off Driver to safely transport our dumpsters while delivering excellent service to our community. We operate with Mack MD7 hooklift trucks and Mack Granite cable trucks. We have new equipment to ensure you have the best tools for the job.
Duties
- Operate an Automatic a Roll-Off Truck.
- Load and unload containers at designated sites, ensuring proper handling of dumpsters.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during operations on your mobile device through our software.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving on public roads.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
Skills
- Proficient in operating Rolloff Dumpster Trucks.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices in commercial driving settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges encountered during transportation tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
