What’s on offer

• Immediate need: two 3rd shift operator openings
• Pay: $20.00–$23.75 per hour 4.0% shift premium
• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (paid lunch)
• Training: Able to train on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Location: Union Grove, WI
• Advancement: earn up to two wage increases in your first year

Your contribution

• Support precision application processes on industrial rollers
• Reference blueprints and hold tight tolerances using micrometers and calipers
• Apply strong shop math to maintain consistency and quality
  
  

Background we’re seeking

• 1 years of manufacturing experience
• Blueprint familiarity (preferred)
• Experience with tight tolerances and precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) (preferred)
• Solid shop math skills
