A Day in the Life
Your shift kicks off with a focused handoff and review of work orders and blueprints. You’ll prepare and apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision rollers, handle materials, and move workpieces using a forklift, overhead crane, and hand truck. Throughout the day, you’ll perform quality checks, document results, and collaborate with teammates who share your pride in craftsmanship.
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (paid lunch)
- 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
We are growing and hiring immediately for both shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $23.75–$26.18 per hour plus shift premium (based on experience)
- Weekly pay
- 401(k) with company match, health insurance, PTO, and more
- Career growth: Earn up to two wage increases in your first year
- Sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment
What You Bring
- 1 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Experience with blueprints (preferred)
- Experience using forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks
