Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour- $23.75/hour 4.0% shift premium
- Room for advancement – earn up to two wage increases in your first year!
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10 PM – 6 AM (Paid lunch)
- Training Requirement: Must be able to train on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM)
- Location: Union Grove, WI
What is the Mill Room?
There is often confusion about what “mill work” means. At American Roller, our mill room is not metal turning. Instead, we operate rubber mixing mills, two counter-rotating, horizontally opposed rolls that use friction and shear to mix raw rubber with additives (such as fillers, plasticizers, and colorants) to create the high-performance rubber compounds used in our rollers. This is hands-on, mechanical work in a clean, organized environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Experience with blueprints and tight tolerances a plus
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) preferred
- Strong shop math skills and mechanical aptitude
