Responsibilities:
Ø Support departmental objectives, including reporting on department measurables.
Ø Performs product inspections to drawing and standard specifications using measurement equipment.
Ø Receive in returned product and processes Returned Material Authorization (RMA).
o Verify product quality / quantity, receive in RMA and Put-away.
Ø Supports customer concern team regarding product quality investigations.
o Investigate customer complaints regarding product quality and quantity.
o Determines the nature of the nonconformance, identify responsibility and confirm acceptable return or rework of product.
o Work with quality and vendors/suppliers to processes product returns.
Ø Take lead on in-house product sorting jobs.
Ø Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse for American Ring employees.
Ø Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
Ø Maintain records and document control.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
