American Retail supply is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help their growing team. As a customer service rep you will make outbound calls in assigned campaigns as well as help inbound customers in showroom. We are a family owned business that believes in its employees and family values.

Salary: Up to $17.50/hr to start
Commission structure added after 90 day training
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Understand and Support the philosophy that the Client is the Boss
- Great attendance and punctuality are a must
- Ability to send samples to clients based on requests
- Assist clients in the placement of orders, tracking info, returns, exchanges.
- Make outbound calls in assigned campaigns.
- Ability to help clients that walk into Showroom.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Receptionist Fill in - Breaks & Lunch
Skills
- Ability to work in-office Full time Monday thru Friday
- Ability to manage, prioritize and timely response on emails
- Above average Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook experience
