This is a home-based position requiring extensive travel to various sites to support operations, team development, and performance goals. We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple convenience store and gas station locations throughout California. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals and budgets
- Adherence to company policies and procedures and governmental agency requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Foster a positive store culture focused on customer service and teamwork
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Actively engage with staff, stepping in to assist during busy periods or to cover shifts, demonstrating a hands-on approach
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in retail management preferably in a gasoline/retail site environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to regularly travel throughout California
