Position OverviewThe Restoration Tech will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial property damage caused by fire, water, mold or other disasters. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Water, Fire, and Mold Damage Mitigation ServicesExtract Water and Remove Damaged MaterialsPerform Demolition and Site Cleanup as NeededDocument Entire Job Process in Job Tracking Platform with Photos and Notes to ensure seamless estimating processFollow Safety Protocols and Company ProceduresCollaborate with the COO and Project Manager on project planning and execution.Provide Professional and Respectful Customer Service to CostumersParticipate in On-Call Rotation (when necessary)Work with Warehouse Manager to maintain proper job site suppliesMaintain consistent communication with insurance brokers and self-pay clients regarding scopes, invoices, and project updates.
