The role of Contents Technician requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing damaged contents and properties to see what can be saved
- Packing/unpacking customer's personal belongings
- Cleaning customer's personal belongings
- Cleaning/sanitizing structures at the jobsite
- Taking pictures of properties and/or personal belongings to catalog for reimbursement or discard inventory
- Cleaning boxed items and/or furniture at the property and/or warehouse
- Communication with managers/supervisors about job progress
- Document job progress (photos/logs/job notes) in our Project Management software(s)
- Completing end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup
- Being able to lift 25-45lbs
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
- IICRC or IAQA certifications preferred, but not required
- Ability to wear required PPE on all job sites
- Previous Content Technician experience preferred, but not required
- Full time position (5 days a week / 8 hour days)
