We are seeking a friendly and skilled Restaurant Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Toast.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and delivering drinks promptly.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties as needed, providing high-quality beverage service.
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders during busy periods.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations.
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food handling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
