Responsibilities:Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
Qualifications:What You Need:
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
