Starting pay: $22-$24 DOE

Responsibilities
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, construction coordination, dispatch, or project support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Schedule jobs correctly
- Order the right equipment
- Avoid delays and shortages
- Communicate clearly with installers, sales, and suppliers
Qualifications
- HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. An Associate’s degree in business administration or other administrative training is desired.
- Previous administrative assistant or administrative experience preferred.
- Previous permitting experience desired.
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
