We are hiring skilled HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role is critical in helping homeowners prevent breakdowns, improve system efficiency, and extend equipment lifespan through proactive service and diagnostics.

Responsibilities
As a HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
- Clean, adjust, and optimize heating and air conditioning equipment
- Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or upgrades
- Ensure HVAC systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and energy savings
- Accurately document services performed and findings
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service during all maintenance visits

Qualifications
What You Need
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience (maintenance-focused preferred)
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
