Job Summary
Join our best-in-class research team and help connect missing or unknown heirs to their lawful inheritances. Working in an office environment, you’ll evaluate new probate opportunities, conduct genealogical research, and communicate directly with potential heirs to guide them through the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily case leads to determine if unknown heirs exist and whether the matter is financially viable for ARB.
- Conduct deep genealogical research using online databases, proprietary tools, and public records.
- Make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to engage potential heirs and win client agreements.
- Collaborate with fellow researchers, managers, and attorneys to advance cases from initial report through final processing.
- Prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Stay current on relevant probate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Articulate communicator who can quickly build rapport, handle rejection professionally, and persuade individuals via phone.

- Efficient and detail-oriented, meeting daily targets while ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (genealogy, history, research, or similar field preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency with online research tools, databases, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Prior phone-based customer-contact or sales experience strongly preferred.
- Interest or experience in genealogical or probate research is a significant plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
