Who You Are:
We are currently searching for an After Hours Dispatch. Hours would be (8 am-5 pm or 5 pm- 8 am) (with on call for emergencies from 12a- 6 am, 6 am- 8 am catch up before office arrives)(Saturday and Sunday with 2 additional days during the week), reporting to our Director of Client Services, to add to our Client Services team to deliver the highest standard of maintaining and building relationships with our clients while delivering the highest standard of customer service. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who strives to resolve issues, is detail-oriented, reliable, able to collaborate with their team, and enjoys being a part of a supportive, growing company.
In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:
- First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.
- Utilize your 2 years of experience in Customer Service, in addition to your high school diploma or equivalent vocational education.
- Determine what factors of production/repair will influence the cost of the service
- Ensure client portals are up to date with progress reports and timelines
- Dispatch field technicians or external contractors to work order requests
- Partner with outside contractors/resources, dependent on the required scope of work and capacity
- Stay aware of best practices and recommended process developments for the client internally
- Enter status updates in the client portal for important or escalated work orders with up-to-date information
- Research and resolve client issues through collaboration and problem-solving with other departments
- Maintain thorough and detailed notes within ARM software regarding client work orders
- Work to de-escalate any client concerns and create solutions that promote positive outcomes
- Stay aware of best practices and promote a positive and collaborative environment for both clients and co-workers
