ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Additional duties may be assigned).
- Customer invoicing and collecting
- Assisting customers with invoice inquiries and payment method updates
- Sending statements of outstanding invoices to customers
- Reviewing A/R aging reports and following up on past due balances
- Progressive invoicing on industrial refrigeration engineering and construction projects
- Assisting with system implementations and process changes
- Building sustainable relationships with industrial refrigeration customers and partners
- Managing a small volume of incoming phone calls
- Assisting with other duties as requested

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably supporting industrial refrigeration operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
