American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and has been serving our customers for 85 years. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team covering the El Paso region. This position is full-time (typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
About the Position:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and margin growth for all parts of our business. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers. Generate new customer business by contacting leads and following through on quotes and technical support.
- Grow sales utilizing assigned customers as well as generating new customers
- Develop existing accounts to increase sales and expand product lines by consistently communicating solutions and providing technical support
- Develop and open new accounts by consistently cold calling to provide new solutions to make their job easier and offering product support/promos
- Coordinate sales activities to support various product lines by communicating and working with branch staff and key vendors
- Analyze customer sales reports or diminishing sales categories and strategize a plan for increasing book of business through better service or diversifying product line
- Coordinate with management on product planning, inventory, and new solutions or promos for customers
- Coordinate with Executive Sales Leadership in balancing territory. Assigned accounts must maintain or have potential of minimum $75,000 with maximum of 50 total accounts.

- A High School Diploma is required, College degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 or more years of HVAC industry experience. 3 or more years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience.
- Employee must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to communicate well with others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time well.
- Ability to be self-starting.
- Strong computer knowledge including MS Office
- Basic typing/10-key skills.
Salary : $75,000
