American Recycling is an electronic recycling company located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
We seek an experienced, highly motivated Dispatch/Routing Coordinator for our Logistics Department. This permanent, full-time position is responsible for all Dispatching/routing functions for the company. In this role, the successful candidate will work independently and with the Logistics team to ensure smooth routing and transport-related operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience and demonstrated success in logistics and routing functions.
Essential for this position:
- Excel skills, including Razor, spreadsheets, and the Samsara platform.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of DOT principles and Samsara
- Ability to do routes in a highly accurate and efficient manner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Organize, plan, and schedule the routing independently.
-Run the logistics Department.
· Keep track of drivers' hours and compile this for the drivers' compensation. - Keep track of tax and NM permit orders and arrange tax returns.
-Keep track of toll expenses.
- Give driver training on DOT, company safety regulations, Samsara ELD, and Time Moto.
- Add a new driver on Samsara; input mileage for each Truck, and pay a subscription. - Renew Truck documents, Truck-related permit renewal, and send IFTA tax returns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
