Job Overview:
Mat Recycling is seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our mattress recycling facility in Stockton. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in our recycling operations by breaking down materials and keeping production moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantle and process mattresses using hand tools and machinery
- Separate materials (foam, metal, wood, fabric) for recycling
- Feed materials into processing equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work assigned shift consistently
- Prior warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required
