Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Acquisitions team this summer. If you are currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, and have a strong interest in data center development and institutional real estate investment, we want to hear from you!
The Intern will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and VP of Acquisitions in sourcing, evaluating, and executing land acquisitions for data center developments and other investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in building and updating financial models in Excel for prospective investments.
- Help gather and organize data for investment underwriting and project evaluation.
- Build and maintain complex, dynamic pro forma models and sensitivity analyses for project cash flows and returns.
- Evaluate investment performance under various capital structures.
- Support the due diligence process by organizing documents and reviewing third-party reports (e.g., environmental, market studies).
- Assist in preparing investment materials such as summaries, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update the investment pipeline and database of active and prospective deals.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and ad hoc assignments.
- Currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior internship or coursework in real estate, investment analysis, or finance.
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exposure to data center development or infrastructure investments.
- Familiarity with market research tools and real estate data platforms.
- Gain hands-on experience in institutional real estate acquisitions.
- Work directly with senior leadership on live transactions.
- Develop advanced financial modeling and investment analysis skills.
- Exposure to the fast-growing data center sector.
