We generally focus on more simple repairs, no engine swaps or deep transmission work. We also do not offer major collision repairs.

**Overview:**
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of Automotive Technician experience.
We would like someone who has the ability to market themselves and their skills to drive business to the shop. (Our IT professional can help with that)
We prefer someone who is self-driven.
**Duties:**
- If you have the ability to handle the more complicated repairs, it is CRUICIAL that they are able to accurately assess whether your skill is adequate for the job. It's okay to say that you can't do it. Please let us know first!
- We would like you to be able to provide accurate assessments of what work is needed on a vehicle based on your inspections. Please be thorough, we want to provide a clear picture to the customer what they are expected to be charged BEFORE we start working.
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Perform thorough automotive inspections.
- Utilize OBD diagnostic tools, and research their results.
- Be friendly and knowledgeable with customers, explaining in a level they can understand. (All information must go through the owner or whomever the owner authorizes first. Discussion of cost should only be done by the owner or whomever the owner authorizes)
- Work well in a team, knowing when to speak up about an issue. Communication is essential. If something is needed to complete a job, we want to get that going as soon as possible!
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience with Automotive Technician or Service Technician duties.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be willing to get a little dirty.
- Strong proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand tools effectively.
