American Public Works Association (APWA) serves professionals in all aspects of public works. The Chapter Services team is seeking a new Chapter Services Associate to provide customer service support to the 62 APWA chapters, chapter leaders and volunteers across North America.

The Chapter Services Associate serves as the primary first point of contact for the APWA Chapters. They provide customer service support to the APWA chapters, chapter leaders and volunteers by facilitating the day-to-day administrative requests. This team member may assist in chapter capacity building by providing tools and resources needed for chapters to operate at a high level.

What You Will Need To Succeed
- Associate’s degree,
- 2 years of experience providing administrative support,
- Project management experience,
- Solid communication and tech skills,
- Association experience is a plus!
