About the Role
American Process Management (APM) is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Analyst to join our team. APM delivers real-time analytics, project controls, and financial insights for large-scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion.
This position plays a critical administrative and coordination role in supporting workforce onboarding and management for project teams. You will work behind the scenes to ensure leased labor is accurately onboarded, tracked, and supported—partnering with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for onboarding and mobilization of leased workers across multiple projects
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between hiring managers and staffing agencies
- Maintain and track worker data, ensuring accuracy in classifications, rates, and contract alignment
- Process and support approvals for contractor billing, time, and electronic payments
- Create and manage purchase requests, work orders, and change orders within internal systems
- Maintain organized documentation and records for workforce activity, contracts, and compliance
- Assist in tracking labor data, generating reports, and supporting workforce planning efforts
- Communicate onboarding requirements, policies, and updates to vendors and contractors
- Partner cross-functionally with project teams, finance, and operations to support workforce needs
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, staffing coordination, recruiting operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data and tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and external partners
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
