Responsibilities
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Assist management in updating/creating policies and procedures to meet the needs of a growing company
- Provide employee relations and situational guidance to APM managers
- Serve as a resource and point-of-contact for HR inquiries from the APM team
- Audit to ensure accurate payroll, deductions, and PTO accruals/balances
- Research and ensure company compliance with state policies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Human Resources
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Professional and customer focused
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
