Capital Projects Analyst
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Capital Projects Analyst to support program- and project-level metrics across a portfolio of capital and construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project data and trends for cost, schedule, and earned value management
- Interface with project teams to analyze trends and ensure accurate reporting
- Work with project to drive variance narratives and ensure data consistency between all metrics
- Support change management tracking and reporting related to scope, budget, and schedule adjustments.
- Prepare executive-ready metrics reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in project controls, reporting, PMO support, or construction/industrial project environments.
- Experience supporting capital, industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of earned value management concepts and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
