Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printers to produce high-quality transfer prints. Additionally, this position includes various support tasks such as warehouse picking, cleaning, and general operational duties to assist in daily production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Printer Operation:
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot digital printers to ensure efficient, high-quality print output.
• Manage print job scheduling to meet production timelines.
• Inspect print quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate color, alignment, and consistency.
• Operation of Dye Sublimation Printers
• Operation of Direct To Film Printers and Production

• Maintaining Production Workflow

• Ensuring orders are produced efficiently and with quality
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on digital printers, including cleaning, ink replenishment, and part replacement as needed.
• Monitor printer performance, document any issues, and coordinate repairs when required.
• Warehouse & Production Support:
• Assist in warehouse picking to fulfill orders accurately.
• Support in packing and labeling printed materials for shipment.
• Keep the print area and warehouse organized and clean, following safety and operational standards.
• General Operational Duties:
• Assist with other basic operational tasks as directed by supervisors, including inventory checks, cleaning duties, and support for production needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Previous experience operating digital printers or similar equipment is preferred.
• Basic experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or production support is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
