Position Overview
We are hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on, one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene)
- Work with a 7 years old male
- Support clients in community activities and routines
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment
Schedule
- Part-time 20 hours weekly
- Flexible shifts (discussed during interview)
- Weekend availability may be required
Pay
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Med Certification
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
