- Deliver personalized in-home care tailored to each client’s unique needs, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and report on clients’ health status, noting any changes or concerns to healthcare providers or family members
- Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
- Follow all safety protocols and care plans diligently to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Proven experience in caregiving roles, preferably with Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background
- Knowledge of emergency medicine procedures and Level I Trauma Center protocols is highly desirable
- Familiarity with pediatric intensive care units (PICU), Geriatrics, medical-surgical wards, inpatient settings, outpatient clinics, and post-acute or sub-acute care environments
- Experience working in teaching hospitals or outpatient clinics enhances your ability to adapt to diverse care scenarios
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately while demonstrating compassion and patience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
