##General Description
We are seeking an Administrative assistants/Office Manager to perform a range of administrative tasks in our organization.
##General Duties
· sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization, and dispatch outgoing mail
· write business letters, reports or office memoranda using word-processing equipment
· answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries
· operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
· file papers and documents so that they can be easily found when needed
· undertake other duties such as banking, credit control, payroll functions and invoicing.
· Purchase all supplies needed for the office.
· Negotiate pricing for office services such as telephone service.
· Other duties such as assisting with final processes on manufactured parts.

##Educational Requirements:
High school diploma and 2 relevant years experience or 5 years relevant experience.
## Hours
7:00 AM-4:00 PM Mon-Thurs, Somewhat flexible
30-35 Hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.70 per hour
