Summary: The engineer is responsible for performing engineering initiatives to support production and operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create production documentation from engineering drawings
- Interpretation of electrical schematics, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing specs
- Labor and material estimates
- Design electrical test fixtures and custom tooling to meet customer specifications
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and testing issues
- Direct maintenance personnel in fabrication of test equipment and tooling
- Calibrate testing and tooling equipment
- Cost reductions through lean manufacturing principles
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- This is a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work with a cross functional multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
- Technical writing experience with strong typing skills
- Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
