Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Powersports Sales Rockstar who’s obsessed with off-road adventures, loves the rush of speed, and knows how to charm customers into the perfect ride. If you thrive on building relationships, crushing goals, and delivering unforgettable buying experiences, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Sell ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, Slingshot vehicles, personal watercraft, and other powersports units from top brands including Polaris, Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Kayo, and more
• Build genuine relationships with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right machine
• Provide exceptional customer follow-up before, during, and after every sale
• Stay current on the latest powersports products, trends, and technology (product testing is basically mandatory)
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Create engaging video content and help build our dealership’s online presence

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous sales experience (powersports experience is a big plus, but not required — we’ll train you!)
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Strong passion for powersports — if you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and work as part of a team
• Willingness to go above and beyond by adding accessories and delivering beyond customer expectations
