Carton Operator (2nd Shift)

About the Role:

The Carton Operator plays a critical role in the packaging and production process by efficiently operating carton forming and sealing machinery to ensure products are securely packed for distribution. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor cartoner machines to form, fill, and seal cartons accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload cartons while ensuring all packaging materials are properly aligned and free of defects.
• Conduct quality checks every 20 minutes to verify correct packaging, printing, and seal integrity.
• Document lot codes and complete required production records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to identify and resolve packaging issues.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
