Role Description This is an on-site Lifeguard role located in Schwenksville, PA. Lifeguards monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers, enforce facility rules, and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies. Daily responsibilities include supervising swimmers, performing rescues and first aid when needed, maintaining vigilance from designated stations, and conducting regular checks of pool decks and surrounding areas. Lifeguards also help keep the facility clean, test and record basic water readings as directed, and communicate clearly with patrons and team members. The role involves working scheduled shifts, attending required training, and consistently upholding American Pool’s safety and service standards.

Qualifications

- Reliable attention, situational awareness, and the ability to remain focused for extended periods while supervising swimmers.

- Ability to work on-site in Schwenksville, PA, including weekends and holidays as needed, and to stand, sit, and move around the pool deck for the duration of a shift.

- Previous lifeguard or customer service experience is beneficial but not required; training support may be available.
