Role Description
The Pipeline Integrity Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Tomball, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting pipeline inspections to assess and maintain integrity, monitoring corrosion levels, and ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards. You will work closely with team members to identify and address issues related to the transportation of petroleum and natural gas. Additional tasks may include preparing detailed reports, troubleshooting problems, and providing input on best practices and preventive measures for maintaining pipeline reliability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pipeline Integrity and Inspection to evaluate pipeline safety and efficiency
- Knowledge of Corrosion processes and mitigation techniques
- Understanding of systems related to Petroleum and Natural Gas operations
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Familiarity with NDT/NDE methodologies and industry safety standards
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical acumen
- Relevant certifications (e.g., API 1169, NACE certifications) are preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
