- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, developing best practices, and providing support to our Commercial and Residential Sales teams. ">
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our Vice President of Sales to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. ">
- Provide tactical and strategic analysis to support the sales management efforts of both the residential and commercial sales teams. ">
- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop custom reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to help achieve yearly sales goals. ">
- Support the sales teams in pricing questions, escalations, and technical inquiries. ">
- Monitor sales opportunity pipelines, provide insights to the VP of Sales and sales managers, and support the implementation of sales and technical training. ">
Requirements:

- Prior sales experience, preferably in commercial/B2B sales. ">
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. ">
- Experience with CRM or Customer Database software. ">
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record. ">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ">
- Able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies. ">
